Eye bags, Wrinkled Eyelids, Hooded Eyelids, Eye Hollows, Dark Circles

Of all the areas of the face, eye training is the most strategic. Without a doubt, the success of eye training rests solely on the trainer’s strategy by employing the three major components of Facialbuilding… separately addressing Skin, Muscle, Bone.

EYE BAGS – STRATEGY:
FE Resistance Training™, Cross Stretching™,  FE Facial Massage™
Skin Rolling™

If bags are not caused by allergies or sleep deprivation, they are more than likely fat deposits. It was once thought the only way to remove eye bags was surgery. Studies show continued pressure applied over any fat deposit will cause it to dissipate. For example, overly tight undergarments leave permanent grooves. The same goes for tissue response throughout the body.

HOODED LIDS – STRATEGY:
Facial Resistance Training™ BoneFlex Modeling™ Pressure Reps™

Hooded lids can be genetic. If they aren’t, however, they are likely caused by brow-drape due to thinning of the skin, and/or bone loss.

WRINKLED LIDS – STRATEGY:
Cross Stretching™ Facial Resistance Training™

The majority of Tori’s wrinkles were due to sun damage. Obviously, avoidance of the sun was paramount in her training. Cross Stretching™ was needed to repair her skin i.e., thicken and smooth the skin.  Aggressive FE Facial Resistance Training™ gave her all the lift she needed. One year of training. Her before/afters are a must-see!

EYE HOLLOWS –  STRATEGY:
BoneFlex Modeling™ FE Pressure Reps™ FE Cross Stretching™

If you were not born with eye-hollows, they were caused by bone loss and thinning of the skin.  Look at that skin!

DARK CIRCLES –  STRATEGY:
Facial Resistance Training™ Cross Stretching™ Jolting™ Pressure Reps™ FE Massage™ FE Skin Rolling™

Dark Circles are generally inherited. However, Kay’s after photo clearly shows heredity was not her problem.  She trained aggressively using every tool FlexEffect offers, creating a firm, lifted full face.  One year of training…Great Job!

Neck & Jowl Lift through Facialbluilding

Addressing neck and jowl drape calls for more than an exercise per area. A lot more! Building muscle is important but you also need to work on bone modeling (Boneflex) and skin remodeling (Cross Stretching). Without all three components of training, you are wasting your time.

Resistance Training for the neck is used not only to thicken the sterno muscles and smoothing much of the crapelike skin but also to strengthen the muscles which will lift and elongate the neck, alleviating drape and giving a more youthful appearance.

Cross stretching for skin remodeling is a form of training that breaks down old connective tissue and weakened elastin. This training forces wound repair. Therefore, the tissue remodels (rebuilds) itself to come back in thick and smooth. The neck responds beautifully to cross stretching.

BoneFlex Modeling is done to increase bone density; for example, If your goal is to target jowls you will perform Boneflex at the upper part of the check (Zagomatic / Malor) and at the jawline (Mandible). This training aids in thickening the bone lifting the jowls and sharpening the jawline all of which enhances the look of the neck.

Combining the three methods above will allow you to tailor your training to meet your personal needs, guaranteeing the best results possible. Learn all three methods within the FlexEffect Program!

BoneFlex Modeling

Facial bone loss is the major cause of eye hollows, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines. Such bone loss was once thought to be inevitable and irreversible. Well? Not anymore. Through FlexEffect’s BoneFlex Modeling, it takes no more than a serious commitment to training.

The beauty of Facialbuilding® is that it delivers all that is needed to separately address each component of the face (Skin, Muscle, and Bone). However, that wasn’t always the case. It took 29 years worth of Facial Resistance Training™ (muscle training only) to finally figure that out!

At age 34 I developed Facial Resistance Training, and at that time was totally convinced I had found the be-all-end-all. Then approaching 60 reality set-in; again I was on a mission.

I must say I was surprised to find so many studies regarding facial bone and how/why it eventually breaks-down. It all made sense, but what didn’t make sense was the lack of any suggestion as to what to do about it!  Seriously?…  KNOWING what causes bone loss… and the answer never occurred to them?

So, what was the outcome of my new training? Today, after 13 yrs of BoneFlex Modeling  I can honestly say I certainly have had enough time to either trash my face or flat-out know I was right!

My answer to that question? Bottom line… absolutely nothing compares.
