The photos you are about to see come from the trainers themselves. They were taken when and wherever it was convenient to grab a shot.  Most of these photos were sent to me for training purposes so that I could coach and critique their progress.  The majority of these trainers never meant for their photos to be displayed, so obviously personal appearance (just stepping out of a shower) or quality of the photo (clarity etc.) was of no importance.  If the results were obvious, they were good enough!

With much pleading on my part,
only the gustiest allowed me to post their results.
For them I am truly grateful.
