and walk to the nearest mirror, take a good lock. How would you describe
your skin? a few superficial lines, a little drape here and there?...an easy

Cell turnover is considered
the key to younger looking skin. Cosmetic companies are now offering products geared to
exfoliate skin at an even faster rate, but really, unless these cells are in better shape,
what's the point, it is the health and vitality of the cell that dictates the condition of
the skin and you are the controlling factor! Facialbuilding not only promotes the
production of new cells, but in time, replaces them with healthier, more resilient
ones in a way nature intended, from the inside-out.
Is it ever
to late to start training?
Never. Ideally, you would start
Facialbuilding while the face is still firm. For those who begin early, time seems to
stand still. Fortunately facial muscle can be built at any age. An aggressive late starter
will have no problem making up for lost time. It won't happen overnight, but it will
happen.
Could
Facialbuilding intensify or exaggerate lines?
Absolutely not.
The idea behind this myth comes from the thinking that facial expressions such as smiling,
frowning and squinting are the primary cause of lines. There is some truth to this
statement, but it's not completely factual. When making a facial expression,
wherever skin folds a line will occur in time. The operative word here is time, a
tremendously long time. As a child, were you ever told, don't rub your eyes, you'll
cause your lids to wrinkle? Now, why do you suppose it took all those years,
for all that smiling, to cause all those lines?
IT IS NOT FACIAL
EXPRESSIONS OR THE HANDLING OF YOUR FACE THAT CAUSE LINES AND WRINKLES.
Lines and wrinkles are caused when skin cells begin to lose vitality and lack
resiliency. When this occurs, it enables facial expressions to set lines and
folds. Which incidentally wouldn't have happened (in the time that it did) had you
handled your face in the first place!
Will this eliminate lines?
Absolutely.
When making a facial expression only a portion of the muscle is used. Over a period of
time this partial use of muscle will result in loss of tone. When muscle tone is lost the
skin drapes, bringing about folds and character lines. To prevent or replace the
loss of tone, all of the muscle fiber must be used to maximum. Facialbuilding goes beyond
toning by increasing muscle density. This increase, along with the increase in collagen
and elasticity lifts out superficial lines and furrows.
What about the loss of Subcutaneous Fat?
Yes, this is a huge factor in facial sag. The loss of subcutaneous fat is due to the
loss of vascularity in the skin (normal occurrence as we age)
Once a person begins Facialbuilding the vascularity is increased (added
network - NOT visible) again, feeding the fat, replenishing much of it and preventing more
loss. This fat is needed as a cushion (protection) More fat will be needed for
the increase in density of connective tissue (muscle etc.) gained through
Facialbuilding. And, the body knows exactly what to do!
What
effect will this have on my skin?
The supply of blood to a
contracting muscle is ten times greater than normal. Resistance Training,
combined with an industrial strength facial massage, (resistance technique) brings a
vigorous supply of blood to the surface. This blood carries vital oxygen and
nutrients to skin and growing tissue, while carrying away old and damaged cells. Whenever
muscle fiber is challenged it results in better skin tone and texture due to the increase
in vitality and resiliency. With the increase in muscle density there is an increase
in collagen and elasticity in order to accommodate the extra load on the muscle.
Even though FlexEffect is all about firming and lifting the face it is not a magic
bullet. Severely sun damaged skin will need more than firming and lifting. If

How does this compare to Cosmetic Surgery?
The strength in Facialbuilding
lies in prevention. That is not to imply you can't correct a considerable
amount of advanced facial aging with Facialbuilding but if the elements have really taken
a toll or you happen to have an excessive amount of sagging
skin, you may want to consider cosmetic surgery. I recommend
at least six months of Facialbuilding before facial surgery. This will allow you to regain
as much lost lean mass as possible, put vitality back into the tissue, and help speed your
recovery. After your surgery, jump back into your training and....
DON'T LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN!
How
much time before I see results?
You'll see results within a
matter of weeks as the muscles begin to increase in size. A few short months should bring
substantial changes as the face becomes noticeably firmer and smoother. Determination and
discipline are two ingredients that will produce Dramatic Results Within The
Year!
