| The before photograph was taken on the 17 March 2006. I seized the moment when my son wasn't too busy and got the shot, literally straight from the garden and still in work clothes, the after was taken 13 months later in late April 2007. The difference in the lighting is because my son found it difficult to line the same position up again so I took it by lining up in front of the dressing mirror in another area of the house, one with a flash one with available light. When I saw the results, and showed my sons they said "what’s with the big eyes!" and "its like a game of spot the differences". 18 months month’s before I started flexing I tried to work out some kind of programme for myself about all I knew was a wide smile with resistance.... but it was enough pressure to expose a really big problem I had with a wisdom tooth that was impacted and was starting to cause gum problems, I had the wisdom tooth removed and also lost a perfect tooth next to it as well, it was at this point I realized just how powerful facial exercises are and my search began. Once I found Flexeffect I really understood and believed everything, my boys were working out and the difference in their muscles was huge I knew it could be applied to the face. As far as training goes one of the best things I did was to join the forum the support is wonderful. I have a way to go yet, so I guess I am still "a work in progress" and will have to update sometime. Cheers, Kay |
