Deb
The first photos were December 2003 - I looked so puffy and no tone - I was 44
I started some exercises from other programs and found they helped some, but not enough.
I found your FlexEffect program in early 06 (I think - may have been a little before that)
and seriously started eye massage - the more I "hit" on the area and massaged
the more tone I got - (I use virgin coconut oil) and of course I did your eye exercises,
along with some of other exercises for other parts of my face, for about 6 months.
That was when I took the second photo of my eyes. NO ONE believed it
was the same eye when I emailed it to friends and sisters - so I had to email the entire
face lol before they would believe me. (good eye waxing job too lol)
I skipped everything for about 4 months or longer last summer due to caring for dying
father and dying father in law - I was just too emotionally out of it to "care"
for myself.
I finally started training again in October 06 but not everyday. I took the second
full face photo in Dec 06 at age 48. I attribute my face tone to the facialbuilding
exercises, massage, getting rest, eating whole unprocessed foods, maintaining my proper
weight, and regular full body exercise - all of the things we are supposed to do. I
have been using Retin A at night as well.
I am ready to stick with the program again seriously. I feel it is also a stress
release - lots of tension builds in the face.
Side note: I saw a show, don't remember what it was, where a woman was thinking of
having a tummy tuck after having children. She was loose and wrinkly, but not too
far gone. She exercised, but still couldn't reach the tone she wanted.
She went to a Creole woman in New Orleans who VIGOROUSLY massaged her abdomen for 6
weeks. Voila! Her stomach was perfect. I need to remember that each time
I do my face - save a little for my tummy - after 2 births I could always use a little
extra tone!

Thank GOODNESS I made a change - I look older at 44 than I do now! Scary to think!
