  facial resistance training

WorkShop

Every form of fitness calls for change, that's what it's all about, and sometimes before the desired changes can take place the Facialbuilder will experience a few awkward stages.  By giving some idea in advance of what one might expect, I'm hoping to head-off any unnecessary discouragement by letting them know these awkward stages are all part of the process, better known as PROGRESS!

Veteran Facialbuilders, please assist all newcomers in their training whenever possible....The more you teach, the more you learn!
